Trademark Ownership: The names KillTheBrokie™ and BreakTheBrokie™ are unique, protected trademarks owned exclusively by their creator. These marks are protected under applicable common law rights and intended for federal registration under the laws of the United States.
Scope of Protection: The KillTheBrokie™ and BreakTheBrokie™ marks include, but are not limited to, their use in commerce, branding, product packaging, digital content, apparel, supplements, educational services, therapeutic applications, and any form of visual, written, or audio representation. Any use of these names or confusingly similar variants, whether in direct or indirect competition, will be considered trademark infringement.
Infringement Policy: Any unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, sale, marketing, distribution, or public display of the KillTheBrokie™ or BreakTheBrokie™ names or branding will trigger immediate legal enforcement.
